WellBeing Retreats

WellBeing Retreats are designed to give women time and space to explore new practices, rediscover practices they used to enjoy, or simply take time out for themselves. Come to renew, to refocus, to rediscover, or just to relax. These retreats generally include mind-body movement classes along with whole food, meditation, journaling, stress management discussions, and time for reflection, connecting, and nature.

Following is a sample itinerary from a past overnight retreat. Each retreat is a unique experience, inspired by the time of year, the location, and many other variables. The cost is generally less than $150 for one night, less than $225 for two nights. Locations are usually within a 30 to 60 minute drive from the Denver metro area. 

Sample Itinerary:

Friday                     Arrive between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.

                                        Opening Circle - 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.

                                        Restorative Yoga from 8:00 – 9:00 p.m.

 

Saturday                 Mindful Cardio 9:00 – 10:00

                               Hatha Yoga 10:00 – 10:45 a.m.

                                        Free time for self-exploration 10:45 a.m. –1:00 p.m.

                                        Lunch as a group 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.

                                        Meditation Discussion 2:30 – 3:00 p.m.

                                                 Free time for meditation exploration 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.

                                        Light snack 5:00 – 5:15 p.m.

                                        Closing Circle 5:15 – 5:45 p.m.

 

Optional 2nd Night   Potluck Dinner 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

                                        Relaxation Yoga 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

                                        Optional Drumming Circle 8:30 – 9:30 p.m.

 

Sunday                   Optional Hatha Yoga 8:30 – 9:45 a.m.   

                               Free Time. 9:45 – 11:30 a.m.

                                              Closing Circle 11:30 – noon
